A whimsical ivory chiffon (feels like silk) top featuring a gathered bust silhouette, twisted shoulder straps and a deep V-neckline. Designed with a vibrant, abstract psychedelic floral & butterfly print in teal, yellow, and magenta, finished with a flowing, asymmetrical handkerchief hem. Features self-tie halterneck straps.
