Shipping Policy ♡

Due to the lack of manpower, our shipments are going out once a week.

• All orders are shipped from Malaysia to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within one (1) day of your order placement.

• All orders will be shipped out within 3-14 working days from the date that payment is authorized and verified, not from the date that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Domestic orders are dispatched using Poslaju. International orders are dispatched using Poslaju/City-Link Express.

• The cost calculated at checkout includes the cost of shipping and packaging.

• Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel.

• DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders may take 2-7 business days to process before shipping. All shipping costs will be indicated at checkout & calculated based on each items destination and weight. 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information at checkout.

*IMPORTANT: Violette Wears is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to unclaimed packages and/or incorrect address provided. Please note that if a package is returned to us, the client is responsible for the additional shipping fees as the original shipping label will be void. Previous shipping fees will not be refunded.
