At Violette Wears, I am passionate with manifesting the art of fashion through rare, vintage & pre-owned pieces from Violette's armoire.

My journey starts with an obsession towards delicate, feminine & timeless vintage lingerie from the 1950s all the way to the 2000s. Everything is  love letter to nostalgic girlhood, inspired by the aesthetics that shaped my world growing up. Think 2000s-2010s Barbie, My Scene, Winx Club, nostalgic online dress-up games, 2000s teen book cover art, and classic shoe diva fashion illustrations. These hyper-feminine, playful, and whimsical worlds have always been the core inspiration behind how I source and curate pieces for you. From silk/satin slips to floor length enchanting nightgowns, from sheer peignoirs to daring corsets & brassieres and whimsical fairy tops.

This magical journey evolved into a passion for evening and prom dresses—luxurious gowns from the late 90s and early 2000s-2010s, crafted with exquisite silk, intricate beading, and one-of-a-kind designs. My most well-known collection is a curated wardrobe inspired by the magical fashion of Winx Club. Here, you'll find plenty of special treasures to add to your own armoire.

Violette is all about reviving preloved pieces, I aim to give each precious treasure a new home. Started in April 2019 as a small profile on Carousell, from there I grew this small business into an online store full of beautifully curated vintage & pre-owned pieces. Each piece has been selected for its quality & versatility, from curated vintage shops to luxurious vintage stores, both locally & internationally. Every dreamy collection is washed, mended with care & dedicated to self-love & femininity.

This quiet little corner is run entirely by one person, driven by pure love, passion, and a dream — even while navigating the daily gentle hurdles of multiple health issues. From source to soul, every single detail from A to Z is lovingly handled by one pair of hands.
