Return/Refund Policy.

All sales are final — returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

There are detailed descriptions unique to each items listed such as price, measurements, brand tag, etc. Any imperfections will be mentioned. Please make sure to read the descriptions assigned to the item before placing an order.

Kindly manage your expectations and please note that our items are not new (unless stated). These items are likely to have imperfections and gentle wear due to their pre-loved nature, giving them natural character and vintage appeal. Significant holes, stains or flaws will be noted in the description.

Even after thorough inspection, it is possible that we may miss some insignificant imperfections. Examples of imperfections include, but are not limited to: pilling, discolorations, small tears, thread pulls, loose threading, minor abrasion etc.

*We might only accept returns if the purchased item has a major/significant defect that we failed to disclose beforehand. If you wish to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for covering any return postage costs and other charges (eg. taxes) that may apply. 

Keep in mind that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked items. We try to disclose any information regarding the condition of our garments.

All pieces selected by Violette Wears are carefully inspected, have been delicately washed with mild detergent. Stain removal procedure would also be done, but sometimes they are unremovable. All imperfections are listed (even the slightest) in the item descriptions. Please, read them carefully to avoid any possible disappointment. 

AUTHENTICITY DISCLAIMER.

We do not guarantee the authenticity of our items for the reason that they are pre-loved OR vintage and we do not have the capacity, finance nor the resources to validly authenticate the items. However, we will try our best and inform in the product description if we have doubts about the authenticity of the item. We also provide detailed pictures of the brand tag labels and content/washing labels for your reference to make your own judgement.

Size & Measurement

Every measurement that appears on the website is measured by us. We measure all garments lying flat, in cm. Kindly allow 1 to 2 cm of possible error.

Bust measurement will be measured in cm from pit to pit, and then doubled. Shoulder straps are excluded when it comes to the length measurement. We will mention the tag size of the garment (if stated), as well as providing a suggestion/estimation of the best fitted size possible.

Products colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings.
