Request Process: Step by Step

1) Place your order on our website first. At the checkout page, it is important for you to fill in the 'remark' box with your Instagram username.

 Examples are shown below:

2. After placing your order & your order is confirmed, there will be an Order ID generated to inform you that your order has successfully been placed.

Example is shown below. Please take note of your Order ID & you may proceed to DM us on Instagram.

3. DM us your Order ID on Instagram & we will assist you as soon as possible.

Any messages requesting for items reservation/postage hold WITHOUT an Order ID will not be entertained.

We will let you know if your request is accepted or not. After your request is accepted, we will give you a CODE for you to use on your next purchase on the website.

*IMPORTANT: We may accept or reject your request based on the demand of the service.

Applying Discount Code

You may use the given code for your next order placement of our next future release on this website.

Please note that the code will be changed from time to time (specifically for each new release).

After placing your new order & you want to hold the postage again, you will have to go through the same request process again. 

1. Fill in remark box. 2. DM us your Order ID. 3. New code will be given.

We will only hold your postage up until 3 MONTHS only & then we will proceed with the postage as usual. 

However, within the 3 months, you MUST follow up with us after each new release. If we don't receive any updates from you, we will proceed with your shipment right away.

How do I apply the code?

After adding the items to your cart, apply the discount code before checking out.

The discount code cannot be applied if you directly click on the "BUY NOW" button. Please click on the "Add To Cart" button instead.
