1. Can I purchase the items without sign in or creating a new account on the website?

Answer: Yes, customer can opt without signing in or creating a new account for purchasing items at Violette Wears.

2. What are the available payment methods?

Answer: We accept Online Internet Banking (FPX), Credit Card (Visa/Master), Debit Card (Visa/Master) and PayPal.

Our local customers can instantly & directly make payment through FPX online banking. 

Our international customers can make the payment with Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

3. How soon do I have to make payment for my order?

Answer: We have integrated a direct/instant payment getaway that will ease your checkout process. Payment must be made right away after you click on the "Place Order Now" button. Please note that the order is not confirmed until payment has been made. Violette Wears reserves the rights to cancel your order without prior notification if payment has not been completed within the time frame.

4. Can I change/cancel my order after payment has been made?

Answer: No changes or cancellations are allowed after payment has been made. 

5. Can I add on items on my successful order?

Answer: No, you will need to place a new order for any additional items. 

6. How do I set my default shipping and billing address?

Answer: You may set your default shipping and billing address in “My Account”. Please click the “Profile” icon to view your addresses in the account details. 

7. Can I change my shipping address and contact number after payment has been made?
Answer: You will not be able to make changes on shipping address and contact number after payment has been made. However, if shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within one (1) day of your order placement
