Heavily flawed. Need a lot of repairs but the lace & fabric at the front is still beautiful condition! Please see all the pictures.

Condition: Poor condition, freshly cleaned. Flaws/Defects: The shoulder straps and hemline has lose its band strength (curled up), signs of stitching & tears. Signs of picks on nylon. Need somebody to give this vintage piece a new life! ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR FUSSY BUYERS.
